What an absolutely incredible experience we’ve had with Host Your Home Sunshine Coast.
We enlisted HYH to manage our quirky beach house in Maroochydore while we travelled Australia for 9 months. From the initial point of contact with Merryn we knew that she was going to be the perfect person for the job. The communication with the HYH team was outstanding and our occupancy rate was far greater than we’d anticipated. We were rather nervous about entering our home for the first time upon arriving back to the Sunshine Coast. we needn’t have been!
The house smelt soooo fresh and it was completely spotless, like spotless spotless! The level of love, dedication and hard work put in by our co-host was visibly evident.

We engaged Host Your Home Sunshine Coast when we decided to rent our property on AirBNB in August 2020. Merryn and her team did everything that was required to prepare the property for the short-term rental market, including taking some wonderful photos, and we received bookings very soon after placing the property on AirBNB. Since then it has been regularly booked to considerate guests and has received excellent reviews. Merryn and her team do a wonderful job of vetting all guests and ensuring their needs are met while staying at the property. They attend to anything that is required to be maintained or addressed at the property. They respond promptly to guests’ queries as well as mine. Having Host Your Home managing this property means that I don’t need to worry about it at all. I doubt that I would rent the property through AirBNB without them managing it.
