Beautiful home and very spacious!

We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the magnesium pool - definitely a very strong 9/10. Whilst we acknowledge it was accurately listed at time of booking, it would have been 10/10 if the master bedroom had have had a king bed (for such a luxurious house it would be worth the additional investment) and also if there was an under cover area (even just a car port/shade) for guests to park their car under during stay, especially during heavy summer storm season as there were a few during our stay - would also add better value to the tariff.

Overall lovely house and great areas for all to relax - our boys especially liked the media room and the house was very clean and tidy inside.

Great place to stay with everything you need to get started and a few extra goodies as well. Easy checkin, flat walk to coffee shops and restaurants and pool was a great temp and had spa jets! Maybe just bring eyeshades if you like a sleep in as frosted glass doors on bedrooms (and bathrooms!) mean this place is full of light as soon as the sun is up 😀

This house was amazing and the big pool was a hit with adults and kids alike. The place is set on a beautiful lot with large soft grassy yard for the kids to play. Everything was incredibly neat and clean. I’m not sure the BBQ had been used before as it was that clean. The location is great with shops 4 min away. We will be back.

Loved it. Had everything we needed to enjoy a week of family time at the beach. House was spotless and very close to the beach, with everything we needed (minus a bread knife…unless we just couldn’t find it!). Champagne and chocolates on arrival was a lovely surprise. Our pup had heaps of secure space to run around. I think the house is better than the photos. We would love to go back and stay again!

The unit had potential, but unfortunately, it fell short on cleanliness. We found cotton buds behind the couch and noticed the place was a bit dusty overall, indicating it could use a deep clean. The host acknowledged the dirt behind the couch when we sent a photo and explained they were in a hurry while preparing the unit. While we appreciated their responsiveness, cleanliness is a key expectation for any stay, and we hope they address this moving forward.

We had the best Christmas in this beautiful house the pool was amazing the beach 5 min walk.We would most definitely come back

The home is beautiful and truly felt like a special vacation property. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, family areas and the bedrooms/bathrooms which were large and comfortable.

Lovely big family house, spacious and beautiful big pool. We can’t really fault the house at all, we stay in lots of air bnbs and their communication was also very good!

One morning we woke up to the pool covered in mosquitoes but we think that’s because of the lake thing other side of garden,lots of swampy water around on other properties( not their property).

Very quiet at night good sleep!
Lots of towels provided which was great.

TVs in every bedroom, comfy beds. Good aircon system.

Great spot, great house.

The home was beautifully equipped for adults and children alike. There were little touches everywhere, such as a Christmas tree to give a warm and welcoming appeal and pool toys plus water safety accessories for little ones.

Annette, our prime contact throughout, epitomised a caring, helpful hostess dedicated to ensuring our first family getaway with our 3 adult children and their families would be as comfortable as possible. Thank you Annette.

Such a beautifully presented beach house. Our second time here and it won't be our last. As a young family, we loved the close proximity to the beach, cafe's and playgrounds for our two daughters. Juanita was a pleasure to converse with and made it really easy to check in/out. Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back for our next cosy beach holiday.

We had an amazing time at this home. We stayed just over 2 weeks and the house felt like home for our little family. Our toddler loved playing on the deck outside and swimming in the pool. The house has lots of places to relax and room for the kids to play. Walking distance to local dog beach where our doggy could have a run. A few great small playgrounds near by if it wasn’t too hot. We had a few small issues with communication from our host - check in details were not sent until I asked for them 30 mins before check in time even though they said they would be sent earlier - host was reasonably quick to respond so didn’t delay our entry too much. We also had a lawn mower guy come into the backyard to start mowing unannounced which woke our toddler. Upon asking for a time for the next mow we were allocated a time slot which was much better as we could plan around it. Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone and hope to be back one day soon!!

Fantastic house in beautiful location ; a few minutes drive from Montville, 20 minutes from Maleny and 30 minutes to the nearest beach at Alexander Headlands. Lots of lovely walks and interesting places to visit nearby, including Mary Cairncross Reserve and Australia Zoo : both about 20 minutes drive.

The location was excellent.. only a very short walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants. Our hosts were helpful and responsive.

We came from Newcastle NSW for a wedding. This property exceeded all expectations. Stunning house with beautiful views. Very quiet and peaceful. We had a unexpected storm come through which resulted in us needing to be relocated for 48hrs. Merryn and Paula could not of been more helpful. Phone calls were answered every time and we were kept updated every step of the way. They scrambled to get us into a new location and myself and family were safe in a new place within a couple of hours. We can not thank Merryn, Paula and Kylie for all their help. Amazing hosts, amazing location, we can't thank them enough. We will definitely be back.

These hosts are truly exceptional and were so welcoming, leaving us a personalized welcome note. It was really easy to check in and access the house. This would be a super place to stay for a family or group of friends. The walk to the beach is only a minute or two, and it's a lovely spot!

This place is Amazing, we have had such a great time in the pool and spending family time on the giant luxury lounge watching Disney, we visited Australia zoo before arriving and this place was brilliant to recover from a marathon of a day, we also visited Maleny, with is beautiful chocolate shop and Maleny co op with its delicious cheese, our host was amazing communication was brilliant and our hosts went above and beyond, I 100% recommended this place👍🏻

Absolutely stunning place; had every convenience you could think of and more including endless games for kids big and small, trolley and pram to get around easily, beach equipment, pool games, and more - and somehow free of clutter despite all of this!

Location was perfect for us (two families with toddlers), walking distance to beach, parks, and cafes.

This is my 2nd year visiting Sunshine Coast and I have stayed in numerous places through Airbnb. This home was one of the best and I am sorry I didn’t book it long term for our stay. Really beautiful and so easy to get around. Host your Homes are excellent at what they do . Well done.

Great well appointed modern apartment with ocean views and everything you could possibly need is only a short walk away, particularly close to restaurants, take ways, bakeries, beaches, pub, bottle shops and the amazing local IGA is only a 5 minute walk away too.
Public transport is a great option here with the southbound bus stop right outside of the entrance to the unit and northbound bus stop a 30 second walk across the road and who doesn't love 50 cent fares.

I stayed here with my husband , mother and daughter who is 7. My daughter had games to play left by the house , my mother isn’t that mobile and there was plenty of space for her to relax on the lounge and us too. Beach is so close , walked down to coffee shops and on the walkway to the top of the hill was amazing. My daughter loved the playground and the house and said she wanted to live there.

Peaceful and beautiful , we plan to stay again. Best holiday for our family

Our stay was just wonderful for my husband, myself and our two small children. Everything was neat and tidy. Host was excellent. Kids had a wonderful time looking at the beach whilst they had their brekky. Nothing was too much trouble. Seaview, walkable to local shops and apartment was great. Would love to stay again soon

Excellent communication and clear instructions. This house was impeccable! Both the exterior and interior were beautifully presented. Incredibly neat!!!
The host provided so many little things that made the stay even better. From a variety of kitchen utensils, appliances etc to bikes, pool toys etc.
They thought of everything!

The location and layout of this house is perfect. Walk to cafes and the beach. So many areas to relax in the house and outside. Everything you could ask for a lovely summer weekend away

Lovely spot, clean and comfortable beds. Only thing I would say might be helpful to include on the listing is parking was very tight, even for my midsize car in the visitor parking. Recommend anyone without a small car to utilise street parking.

This is a great home to stay as part of the Twin Waters community. The home is well equipped and has plenty of room for families. Access to the beach as well as resort facilities was all close by and is well worth including these activities as part of your stay.

Absolutely stunning place. Superb location between Maleny and Montville. About 8 minutes to either. Fantastic kitchen. Great beds and amenities. Would love to stay again. Well worth the money.

This house was all we asked for and much more, spotless & beautiful so many amenities everything you needed for a home away from home.

A lovely apartment that is great value and perfect for families. Located right across from playground and children's beach and a few steps away from restaurants. Host provides a multitude of games and beach toys for use, which is most thoughtful. Only note is there is no air conditioning and a very very small hot water system.

Great house, well presented and set up.
We stayed here for 6 days, 4 adults and 2 children. We felt there was enough space for all of us. The house had everything we needed.
We had to ask for check in instructions on the day as we hadn't received the information, but the host responded in time for check in.

Beautiful place we loved our stay! Lovely location right near the beach and a really well maintained home. Unfortunately we had to buy a few basics like toilet paper and dish cloths for washing. But otherwise a lovely home! Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Flaxton, Sunshine Coast Hinterland! The hosts were incredibly proactive with their communication, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The large, beautifully appointed modern home is nestled on the ridge, offering stunning views of the coastline. It comfortably slept seven of us, and the separate bedroom with a kitchenette downstairs was a handy extra space. The home was extremely clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a perfect hinterland getaway!

Beautiful apartment! I’m fussy and I couldn’t fault how lovely and clean the place was. Beds made up with crisp white linen, felt like we were in a hotel.
I loved that it was simply furnished, no clutter, but still homely.
It was perfect for our grandsons of 5 and nearly 3, who we were looking after, as there was plenty of space with the open plan lounge and kitchen.
